But it all starts with caring for yourself and creating a relationship with your body built on respect, rather than trying to shame yourself into a better version (that literally never works). I’ve found that following your intuition, instead of blindly going along with what you “think” you should do or feel, is key - and I’m here to help you find ways to do that, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
I’ve been doing yoga since I was a kid, went to massage therapy school and practiced for 10+ years, received multiple yoga certifications with over 8 years of teaching experience, owned three unique businesses, and became the first affiliate for several companies. All while on my own wellness and healing journey that I share through my writing and guide others through with my intentional client work. It’s been a journey, but I wouldn’t trade a minute of it because it taught me the importance of building a stable foundation, both in life AND business.
I help clients move out of survival and into a state of homeostasis, while also teaching them how to recreate wellness practices on their own. I create a safe space for authenticity, curiosity and acceptance in my yoga classes, client sessions, and writing. This helps clients reflect on and better understand their own healing journey, and allows me to help however is best for them.
